Your watch is covered under a one year warranty against defect of assembly or malfunction.
If you experience problems with your watch, use the contact form on this website to arrange for a return for repair. Please allow 3-6 months for all repairs. At our discretion, you may instead receive a replacement watch.
Your watch should not require service or repair while under warranty. Disassembly, external repair work or modifications to the watch may render the warranty void at our discretion. Please contact us via the contact form in the upper right corner of the page if you feel disassembly or repairs are necessary.
Depending on the nature of the defect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please see "Estimated Date of Delivery" on individual product pages. These are the dates we are targeting to have a product in stock and begin shipping.
All release dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery dates during pre-order. Production and shipping delays can and do happen. We will regularly update customers about our progress and any delays.
During pre-order, prices may be raised based on the number of orders we receive, and as we near the end of production. As such, we do not advise waiting until the last minute to pre-order.
We are not able to declare a lower value or "gift" on customs forms.
Pre-orders can be canceled by submitting a request using our contact page. Orders canceled after 60 days may incur a small fee. See also our “Return Policy” page.
